4. Sublux (partially dislocate) your hip
3. Sublux your knee while walking - you can't bend down to put it back in place
2. Sit on the floor - you can't get up by yourself
1. Faint and twist your back when you land on the hard floor......
I cannot imagine dislocating anything.. I thought that's what you do when you get in a skiing accident...
